eXplAIn
eXplAIn is an excellence interdisciplinary research team PRIME between both computer science (INS2I) and mathematics institutes (INSMI) from CNRS.
Our goal is to develop a new AI, closer to Natural Intelligence because it integrates neural and cognitive activities.
Through a strong collaboration between theory and experimentation, we want to be able to:
Create and analyze new in vivo learning experiments to understand the link between neural activity and behavior,
Automatically generate new hypotheses on the evolution over time of cognitive processes and underlying brain activity during learning,
Real brain mouse from experiment done by Maxime Villet.
Movie done in collaboration with MICA platform and Sophie Abelanet (CNRS CRISTAL Prize).
